My Journey and How It Started

Hello! I’m Jacqui, the passionate founder of JWorks Virtual Solutions.

Nestled in the scenic city of Worcester in the Western Cape, my world is joyously filled with a spirited toddler and two beloved furry companions.

My journey into entrepreneurship began unexpectedly. After my remote contract with a U.S.-based company concluded in August 2023, I found myself tirelessly searching for new opportunities. The job market, unfortunately, wasn’t in my favour. This challenge, however, sparked a transformative idea – launching my own business. Reaching out to a former employer for support, I quickly found myself inundated with inquiries from potential clients. By January 2024, JWorks Virtual Solutions was no longer just an idea – it was a thriving reality. Embracing this serendipitous turn of events, I leaped into the entrepreneurial world, a decision that has been nothing short of a blessing.

With 7 years of rich experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, my expertise spans various industries and time zones, offering dynamic and result-oriented services. At the heart of my work is a commitment to simplifying the lives of C-suite Executives and Entrepreneurs. From problem-solving to anticipating needs, I handle daily tasks with precision, enabling leaders to concentrate on their core business goals, assured that everything else is expertly managed.

My skill set extends to Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Support, along with exceptional proficiency in managing local and international travel arrangements and diary management. My approach to bookkeeping is meticulous and efficient, ensuring smooth financial operations.
